IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata men's tennis team was back in action this afternoon as the welcomed Arcadia University to the IU Tennis Courts, falling to Arcadia 6-3. Immaculata was led by
Nicholas Fleming who won both his doubles and singles matches.
In doubles action, the team of
Jason Watts and
Troy Watts lost the first doubles match 5-8.
Nicholas Fleming and
Jeremy Brown won the second doubles match 8-6.
Nicholas Brown and
Matthew Sabat Jr. lost the third doubles match 5-8, giving Arcadia a 2-1 lead heading into the singles matches.
In singles action,
Jason Watts lost the first singles match 4-6, 1-6.
Troy Watts lost the second doubles match 4-6, 2-6.
Nicholas Fleming won the third singles match 6-2, 6-3.
Jeremy Brown lost the fourth singles match 2-6, 2-6.
Nicholas Brown won the fifth singles match 6-1, 6-1, and
Matthew Sabat Jr. lost the sixth singles match2-6, 2-6.
Arcadia would win the match by a score of 6-3.
