SCRANTON, Pa.- Immaculata women's swimming team was back in action on Sunday afternoon when the visited Marywood University at the pool at University of Scranton. Immaculata fell to Marywood by a score of 105-62.
In the 50-yard freestyle
Joella Moyer finished in second place with at time of 28.56.
Madeline Casale finished fourth with a time of 30.15, and
Maya Schilp finished fifth with a time of 30.64. In the 100-yard freestyle
Mary Grace MacDonald finished third and
Maya Schilp finished fourth with a times of 1:05.30 and 1:13.16.
Jessica Kiederling finished second in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:36.27. In the 500-yard freestyle
Emily Stroble finished second place with a time of 6:17.64 and
Emily Meyer finished third with a time of 6:17.64, and
Emily Meyer 6:18.57.
In the 1000-yard freestyle
Emily Stroble finished third with a time of 13:02.59.
Emily Meyer finished fourth with a time of 13:11.50.
In the 100-yard backstroke
Jessica Kiederling finished second with a time of 1:23.24.
Kaitlynne Chenard finished second in the 100-yard breaststroke and Mya Schilp finished third with times of 1:29.45 and 1:35.39.
In the 100-yard butterfly
Madeline Casale finished second with a time of 1:17.98.
Kaitlynne Chenard finished in second place in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 6:00.37.
In the 400-yard freestyle relay the team of
Emily Meyer,
Emily Stroble,
Joella Moyer, and
Mary Grace MacDonald finished second with at time of 4:19.19.
In the 400-yard medley relay the team of
Jessica Kiederling,
Kaitlynne Chenard,
Joella Moyer, and
Mary Grace MacDonald finished first with a time of 5:03.55.
Immaculata women's swimming have concluded the 2022 portion of their schedule. The Macs will return to action on Friday, January 13 when they travel to Frederick, MD for a tri-meet against Hood College and Gallaudet University at 1:00 PM.
