ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.- The Immaculata women's swimming team dropped their tri-meet 152-98 to Goucher College and 206-52 to Elizabethtown College.
In the first event of the day, Colleen Blakelock, Breanna Kratz, Joella Moyer, and Cameron Gleason placed in fourth overall in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 2:12.92. Emily Stroble, Kaitlynne Chenard, Madeline Casale, and May Schilp finished sixth with a time of 2:22.75.
In the 1000-yard freestyle Emily Meyer placed third overall with a time of 13:32.92, and Jessica Kiederling placed fourth with a time of 14:44.03.
In the 200-yard freestyle Emily Strobel finished in fifth overall with a time of 2:23.75. Courtnee Gallo finished in seventh overall with a time of 2:52.58.
In the 50-yard backstroke Colleen Blakelock finished third overall with at time of 31.34. Cameron Gleason finished fifth overall with a time of 34.23, and Jessica Kiederling finished in eighth overall with at time of 39.71.
In the 50-yard breaststroke Kaitlynne Chenard finished seventh with a time of 41.90. Maya Schilp finished eighth with a time of 44.78.
In the 100-yard butterfly Joella Moyer finished second overall with a personal best time of 1:09.13. Madeline Casale finished in sixth place with at time of 1:17.37.
In the fifty-yard freestyle Cameron Gleason finished in sixth overall with a time of 29.19. Bella Hernandez finished in ninth overall with a time of 32.49.
In the 100-yard freestyle Joella Moyer finished fifth overall with a time of 1:02.50. Jessica Kiederling finished ninth with a time of 1:11.40, Maya Schilp finished tenth with a time of 1:12.46, and Courtnee Gallo finished in eleventh with a time of 1:20.41.
In the 100-yard backstroke Colleen Blakelock finished third overall with a time of 1:06.23. Breanna Kratz finished seventh with a time of 1:18.17, and Emily Meyer finished eighth with a time of 1:21.73.
In the 100-yard breaststroke Kaitlynne Chenard finished sixth with a time of 1:30.98, and Bella Hernandez finished eighth with a time of 1:43.17.
In the 500-yard freestyle Emily Stroble finished sixth overall with a time of 6:23.60.
In the 50-yard butterfly Joella Moyer finished fourth overall with a time of 30.19. Madeline Casale finished ninth with a time of 33.46, and Breanna Kratz finished tenth with a time of 37.26.
In the 200-yard individual medley Kaitlynne Chenard finished in sixth overall with a time of 2:54.47.
In the final event the 200-yard freestyle relay the team of Cameron Gleason, Emily Stroble, Emily Meyer, and Colleen Blakelock finished third overall with a time of 1:56.67. The team of Courtnee Gallo, Bella Hernandez, Jessica Kiederling, and Maya Schilp finished fourth with a time of 2:11.08.
The Immaculata women's swimming team is back in action on Saturday, October 29th when they compete in a Tri-Meet vs Cedar Crest College and Moravian University at Cedar Crest at 1:00 PM.
