GRANTHAM, Pa.- The Immaculata women's swimming team dropped their dual meet to Messiah on Saturday afternoon with a final score of 219-36.
In the first event the Women's 200-yard medley relay the team of Colleen Blakelock, Breanna Kratz, Joella Moyer, and Cameron Gleason finished third with a time of 2:12.21. The team of Jessica Kiederling, Emily Meyer, Madeline Casale, and Emily Stroble finished fourth with a time of 2:25.54.
Emily Stroble represented Immaculata in the Women's 1000-yard Freestyle. Stroble finished fifth with a time of 13:22.50.
Immaculata was represented in the Women's 200-yard Freestyle by Emily Meyer and Jessica Kiederling. Meyer finished fifth with a time of 2:27.50, while Kiederling finished sixth with a time of 2:40.77.
In the women's 100-yard backstroke Colleen Blakelock finished fourth with a time of 1:06.63, and Cameron Gleason finished seventh with a time of 1:19.49.
In the Women's 100-yard Breaststroke Kaitlynne Chenard finished fifth with a time of 1:30.76 and Maya Schilp finished sixth with a time of 1:37.91.
Joella Moyer finished third in the Women's 200-yard Butterfly with a time of 2:42.21.
Breanna Kratz, Maya Schilp, and Kaitlynne Chenard represented Immaculata in the Women's 50-yard Freestyle. Kratz finished sixth with a time of 31.42, Schlip finished seventh with a time of 31.60, and Chenard finished 9th with a time of 32.01.
In the Women's 100-yard Freestyle Cameron Gleason finished sixth with a time of 1:07.39. Emily Stroble finished seventh with a time of 1:07.96, and Maya Schilp finished eighth with a time of 1:20.57.
In the Women's 200-yard Backstroke Colleen Blakelock finished fourth with a time of 2:21.88, and Breanna Kratz finished seventh with a time of 2:51.89.
In the Women's 200-yard Breaststroke Kaitlynne Chenard finished in fifth place with a time of 3:17.43.
In the Women's 500-yard Freestyle Emily Meyer Emily Meyer finished fourth with a time of 6:41.69, and Jessica Kiederling finished sixth with a time of 7:17.98.
In the Women's 100-yard Butterfly Madeline Casale finished in sixth with a time of 1:17.92.
Breanna Kratz represented Immaculata in the Women's 200-yard Individual Medley finishing in fourth with a time of 3:01.12.
In the final Women's event of the day the 400-yard Freestyle Relay the team of Cameron Gleason, Colleen Blakelock, Joella Moyer, and Emily Stroble finished third with a time of 4:19.46. The team of Jessica Kiederling, Kaitlynne Chenard, Maya Schilp, and Emily Meyer finished fourth with a time of 4:47.24.
Immaculata women's swimming will be back in action on Saturday, October 22nd when they travel to Elizabethtown for a dual meet at 1:00 PM.
