GRANTHAM, Pa.- The Immaculata men's swimming team dropped their dual meet to Messiah on Saturday afternoon with a final score of 203-32.
In the first event of the day the Men's 200-yard medley relay the team of Daniel Thiel, Marchello Barile, Gabriel Bocaj, and William Lorenzo finished second with a time of 2:05.68.
In the Men's 200-yard Freestyle Daniel Thiel finished fourth with a time of 2:27.44.
In the Men's 100-yard Breaststroke Marchello Barile finished fourth with a time of 1:22.89, and William Lorenzo finished fifth with a time of 1:27.80.
In the Men's 200-yard Butterfly Gabriel Bocaj finished first with a time of 2:06.77.
In the Men's 50-yard Freestyle Daniel Thiel finished fourth with a time of 28.57. William Lorenzo finished fifth with a time of 29.66, and Marchello Barile finished sixth with a time of 33.82.
In the Men's 100-yard Freestyle Marchello Barile finished fifth with a time of 1:19.58.
William Lorenzo represented Immaculata in the Men's 200-yard Backstroke. Lorenzo finished in third with a time of 3:29.16.
Gabriel Bocaj finished second in the Men's 500-yard Freestyle with a time of 5:21.05.
In the final Men's event for Immaculata the Men's 100-yard Butterfly, Daniel Thiel finished sixth with a time of 1:12.66.
Immaculata men's swimming will be back in action on Saturday, October 22nd when they travel to Elizabethtown for a dual meet at 1:00 PM.
