GRANTHAM, Pa.- The Immaculata women's swimming team dropped a pair of duals on Friday as it fell to host Messiah 144-36 and lost to Stevenson 144-39.
Elizabeth Herlihey had the best finish on the evening and was runner-up in the 100-yard breaststroke after touching the wall in 1:14.13. She also finished third in the 100-yard butterfly with time of 1:07.03.
Catherine Wiest recorded a time of 12:55.54 in the 1,000-yard freestyle to place fourth while Cassandra Thiel finished fifth in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 3:10.64.
Maya Schilp touched the wall in 33.84 during the 50-yard freestyle as Breanna Kratz finished fourth in the 200-yard IM.
Schilp added a sixth-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle and Kratz placed fifth in the 100-yard backstroke with a personal best time of 1:14.19.
Wiest and Kate Angelico placed third and fifth respectively in the 500-yard freestyle.
The relay teams finished second in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:18.29 and placed third after touching the wall 2:24.85 during the 200 Medley.
Immaculata will return to Atlantic East action on Saturday January 25th against Marymount for its regular season finale.
