SCRANTON, Pa. - The Immaculata University men's tennis team clinched a spot in the inaugural Atlantic East Conference Tournament Wednesday afternoon with the program's first-ever Atlantic East dual match victory, a 7-0 decision on the road at Marywood. Tuesday's victory was also the first time the Macs swept an opponent in the 2019 season.

DOUBLES RESULTS
-Dom Ramsden and Alex Noel posted a dominant, 8-0 victory in the lone doubles match of the afternoon.

SINGLES RESULTS
-Ramsden and Noel both did not allow a game to their opponents at first and second singles, respectively, earning 6-0, 6-0 wins.
-Michael Chartier put together a 6-1, 6-0 victory at third singles to finish off the match win.

AUGSBERGER ON CLINCHING A TOURNAMENT BERTH
"Anything can happen if you get in, but you have to get in. It's great for our senior leaders Dom and Alex that we could get the win and get them one more shot in the conference tournament."
