MILLERSVILLE, Pa.- The Immaculata University men's swimming team earned its first win of the season after knocking off Juniata 82-70 on Saturday afternoon.
Immaculata won six races on the day while adding four second-place finishes to pick up the team win.
David Crowell was the top finisher of the day and won two races. He touched the wall in 1:17.51 to win the 100-yard breast stroke and earned the win in the 200-yard breast stroke with a time of 2:54.31.
Crowell added a second-place finish in the 1,000-meter freestyle.
John Batley and Conor Farrell each earned wins to propel the Mighty Macs. Batley won the 100-yard backstroke after touching the wall in 1:00.73. Farrell finished with a winning time of 5:58.56 in the 200-yard freestyle.
Batley also finished second in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.78 as Farrell added a second-place showing in the 200-yard freestyle.
Joseph Duddy recorded a time of 26.59 to place second in the 50-yard freestyle. William Lorenzo had a personal best time of 28.34 in the 50 free to earn a third place showing.
Lorenzo added a third-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:08.81.
Immaculata also earned wins in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 2:01.82. The Macs touched the wall in 1:47.41 to win the 200 Free Relay.
Immaculata will be back in action on December 3rd for Atlantic East action at Cabrini.
