SCRANTON, Pa. - The Immaculata University men's tennis team picked up its second-straight victory Monday afternoon with a 9-0 decision over Marywood in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) dual match action.
Dom Ramsden picked up his third win in as many matches at first singles to lead the way for the Macs.
DOUBLES RESULTS
-Ramsden and
Alex Noel put together a solid match at first doubles to secure an 8-1 win.
-
Chase Bernier and
Will Helm were equally strong at the second flight, coming away with an 8-5 victory.
SINGLES RESULTS
-Ramsden picked up his third consecutive win at first singles with 6-1, 6-2 performance.
-Noel was dominant at the second slot with a 6-2, 6-0 win.
-Bernier won in straight sets at third, 6-3, 6-2, before
Alex Brescia clinched the win for the Macs in a third-set tiebreaker at fourth singles, 6-7, 5-7 (10-7, 10-5).
