Kevin Schneider was named the third coach in Immaculata baseball history in August of 2016 and completed his fourth season at the helm in 2020.
In a shortened 2020 campaign, the Mighty Macs finished 6-7 against stiff competition. Immaculata faced four top-25 opponents and continue to schedule some of the best teams in the country. Under Schneider, Billy Manzo led the Atlantic East with a 1.59 ERA and the staff finished second in the league with 98 strikeouts. Trevor Wagner earned Atlantic East Pitcher of the Week Honors as Richard Fontanillas earned Atlantic East Player of the Week and D3Baseball.com Team of the Week Honors during the year.
During the transition to the Atlantic East, Schneider helped the Macs to a 22-17 record in 2019 and oversaw six players named to the All-Atlantic East team while Joey Sacco earned the program's second Rookie of the Year award and first under Schneider. Tyler Kmiec and Richard Fontanillas earned first team honors while Sacco was joined by Billy Manzo, Corey Pezak and Domenic Dellabarba on the second team. Schneider helped the Macs break several offensive records in 2019 as Fontanillas hit a program-record 10 home runs. As a team, the Macs shattered the program record with 35 home runs, 301 RBI's, 340 runs scored, 403 hits, and 617 total bases. The Macs had record setting offensive performances on its way to the semifinals of the Atlantic East Championships. In a win over Cabrini (5/3) the Macs scored 28 runs on 27 hits and hit nine homers, all of which are single-game records. Immaculata followed that performance with 23 runs against Wesley (5/4) and a team-best seven doubles in the win.
In his first season in 2017, Schneider led the Mighty Macs to a record-setting season where they went 26-12 overall and 16-5 in CSAC play, both are new program highs. The team made it to the winner-take-all CSAC Championship game as the number two seed where they eventually fell to No. 1 Keystone, 6-5. The team lost the first game of the tournament and won three straight over No. 4 Gwynedd Mercy, 20-7, No. 3 Neumann, 10-4, and No. 1 Keystone, 13-2, before dropping the title game. The Macs also had an 11-game winning streak in the middle of the season.
Schneider oversaw a team-record nine Mighty Macs named to the All-CSAC team and another record four of them named First Team All-CSAC in pitcher Kyle Bacher, outfielders Matt Simon and Jason McCormick, and designated hitter Howie Kalamets. Trevor O'Brien and Eddie Decker were named Second Team All-CSAC while Ryan Tecco, Ryan Blough, and Justin Dempsey were named Honorable Mention All-CSAC.

The team went to the state playoffs and advanced to the PIAA State Championship in 2015 where they finished as the runner-up.
Schneider became the first coach in Philadelphia Catholic League history to win the City, Catholic League and State Championship in the same year. He was named the 2016 Southeastern Pennsylvania Coach of the Year in 2016 by the Philadelphia Inquirer and earned the Philadelphia League Coach of the Year title in 2014.
Additionally, he helped raise money and man hours to provide enhancements and renovations to the Neumann & Goretti baseball field.
