Pamela Kontaras has been selected as our Mighty Mac of the Week following a strong week for the women's tennis team. On April 17th Kontaras won both her doubles match and singles match vs. Marywood to help the Mighty Macs earn the second see in the Atlantic East Conference Tournament. On April 19th, Kontaras once again won her doubles match and her singles match to help the Macs defeat Marywood in the semifinals to reach the Atlantic East Conference Championship. In the Championship Kontaras won both her doubles and singles matches as the Macs fell to Marymount. Kontaras was awarded the Atlantic East Conference Elite 20 Award for having the highest cumulative GPA at the site of the final, and finished undefeated in Atlantic East Conference play winning all six of her doubles and all six of her singles matches this season.
