Karas had a tremendous week defensively for the Mighty Macs. She began the week by making several key defensive stops against Neumann on Wednesday night, keeping the Macs in the game until a late goal resulted in a 1-0 loss. On Saturday, Karas continued to be a presence in the Immaculata backfield but also contributed offensively, scoring what would be a game-winning goal off a set piece header on a corner kick.
