Julia Levase had an exceptional week for Immaculata field hockey as the freshman goalkeeper registered her first career victory and first career shutout in the Macs 1-0 victory over King’s on Saturday afternoon. Levase made five big saves on Saturday including a pair in the closing seconds of regulation to keep the potent Monarch offense, which entered play averaging four goals per game off the scoreboard throughout the afternoon. Levase also played well earlier in the week in a 2-1 setback at the hands of Moravian as she made six saves to keep Immaculata well within striking distance throughout the game.
