Crowell had a strong performance on Saturday afternoon to lead Immaculata to its first victory of the season over Juniata by a final of 82-70. Crowell earned a pair of wins capturing the 100 and 200 breast with times of 1:17.51 and 2:54.31, respectively. Additionally, the freshman added a strong performance in the 1000-free to finish second in this event as well. Crowell was also a member of the winning 200-free relay squad, which touched the wall with a time of 1:47.41. These three strong performances were instrumental in leading the Macs to their first victory of the young season. Additionally, these victories go down as the first victories of Crowell’s young career as a Mighty Mac.
