Piekarski became the fifth player in men's basketball history to reach the 1,000 career points threshold Friday night at Arcadia, as the senior guard converted on his first shot of the night - a three-point attempt two minutes into the first half - to accomplish the career milestone. Piekarski accomplished the feat in his 82nd career game as he continues to climb the Mighty Macs' all-time scoring ranks. The senior also went for a game-high 22 points Tuesday night at Penn State Abington along with the game-winning bucket with three seconds remaining in overtime to down the Nittany Lions on the road, 80-79.
