Senior midfielder Alan Lorentz from the men's soccer team was selected as the Mighty Mac of the Week on Monday, Oct. 5. Lorentz also earned a spot on the CSAC Weekly Honor Roll for his efforts last week.

The Malvern, Pa. native recorded two goals and one assist in a 2-0 week for the Mighty Macs. Lorentz tallied two goals against Cabrini, as Immaculata began the league slate with a 4-1 win against the Cavaliers. Lorentz capitalized on a penalty kick in the 28th minute, putting the Mighty Macs ahead 1-0, and later netted the game-winning goal in the 73rd minute.

Lorentz also assisted on Mitchell Torh's game-winning goal in a 2-0 defeat of Penn State Berks on Wednesday.
