Tamyra Laws was selected Mighty Mac of the Week on Monday, January 16, following a week in which she averaged 18.5 points and 9.0 rebounds. She also was 61.5 percent (16-26) from the field. 

Laws led the Mighty Macs in scoring during both contests last week as the team went 1-1. Laws had 23 points and eight rebounds, while adding four assists, two blocked shots and three steals in the win against Clarks Summit. She had her 10th double-double of the season opposite Neumann with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
