Junior Matt Simon on the Immaculata men's basketball team was selected at the Mighty Mac of the Week on Monday, January 11.

After missing the loss at Centenary, Simon made up for it by leading the Macs in scoring in wins over Cairn and Marywood, averaging 21.5 points per game while shooting 12-for-20 (.600) from beyond the arc. Simon scored 16 points in the win over Cairn, but exploded for a career-high 27 points on 9-for-11 shooting from three against Marywood. His nine threes were a school-record for one player, and helped lead the charge for a team-record 15 triples.
