IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata men's lacrosse had its winning streak halted at two as visiting Stockton handed the Mighty Macs a 14-4 defeat on Wednesday afternoon in non-league play.
 
All four of Immaculata's goals came from a different scorer. Matt Krewson, Christian Fisher, Brian Shultis and Mike Reardon each scored one goal, and Brendan Doyle had one assist.
 
Stockton (5-1) scored four goals during the first quarter to get ahead early, and never really looked back.
 
The Mighty Macs (2-5) scored the first goal of the second quarter as Doyle assisted on Krewson's tally with 8:13 to play to make it a 4-1 contest.
 
The Osprey were leading 6-1 when Shultis scored with 3:57 to go in the second quarter, and Fisher's goal with 13 seconds remaining made it a 9-3 game at halftime.
 
Stockton scored the next five goals before Immaculata ended the contest with a Reardon goal with 9:16 to play in the game.
 
Tom Christian got his first start in goal for the Mighty Macs making 13 saves, and he also picked up four ground balls.
 
John Abruzzo collected six ground balls and caused one turnover. Shultis, Krewson and Tyler Black each scooped up three loose balls.
 
Immaculata travels to Alvernia on Saturday at 1 p.m.
