Draper Walsh Stadium

Draper Walsh Stadium, Immaculata University’s all-purpose synthetic (sprint turf) playing field with a 1,000-seat stadium featuring a concession stand, press box and two team pavilions with home, visitor and official locker rooms, is home to the Mighty Macs’ field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer and men’s and women’s lacrosse programs.

Draper Walsh Stadium was dedicated on October 4, 2006 prior to the men’s soccer match against Arcadia University. It is named in honor of Mimi Draper Walsh ’63, Trustee and Benefactor, through the generosity of the Walsh Family. Mimi Draper Walsh, a resident of Morristown, N.J., earned a Bachelor’s of Art in elementary education and psychology from Immaculata. She continued her education at Seton Hall University, earning a Master’s of Arts in counseling psychology. During her career, she served as a public school teacher in Springfield, N.J., and in the College Admissions Department of Drew University in Madison, N.J.

The turf playing surface received upgrades in the summer of 2020. The upgrades included an updated center logo with Carolina and Navy marking lines.
