IMMACULATA, Pa.- The 2014-15 Immaculata field hockey team earned recognition from the National Field Hockey Coaches' Association (NFHCA) for their successes in the classroom.

They earned the NFHCA National Team Academic Award for having a team with a grade point average above 3.0.

Additionally, there were 15 players who were named to the National Academic Squad for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or above through the semester.  Graduated seniors Lindsay Cras and Ashley O'Donnell earned special recognition for being four-year members of the NFHCA National Academic Squad.

The other 13 members who were recognized were: Brittany Baker, Emily Beavers, Alexis Goeller, Rachel Haines, Meredith Katona, Tiffany Lockfeld, Danielle Lopez, Christine McIntyre, Sarah Pasternak, Brooke Robinson, Lynda Sheets, Hannah Stambaugh, and Cayla Williams.
